• Prepares detailed immigration forms, litigation documents, and client affidavits.
•Oversees the full lifecycle of a client's case.
• Ensures deadlines are met, documents are complete, and clients are updated regularly.
• Acts as the main point of contact between the law firm and the client. .
• First point of contact for new potential clients.
• Qualifies leads, gathers preliminary information, and schedules consultations.
• Ensures that incoming prospects are properly nurtured and moved through the sales pipeline.
• Manages the attorney's calendar, email inbox, and task list.
• Handles personal tasks (e.g., travel arrangements) in addition to professional administrative duties.
• Maintains a smooth day-to-day workflow for busy attorneys.
• Gathers and organizes evidence from clients (e.g., personal documents, photos, declarations).
• Follow up with clients to complete missing evidence requests.
• Prepares supporting documentation for case submissions.
• Interviews clients or reviews case notes to draft persuasive personal declarations or affidavits.
• Ensures narratives meet the tone and evidentiary requirements of the case.
•Completes immigration applications (I-130, I-485, I-589, N-400, I-765, etc.) accurately and efficiently.
• Familiar with USCIS, EOIR, and consular processing forms and instructions.
• Prepares forms for attorney review and client signature.
• Handles client inquiries, payment questions, and appointment confirmations.
• Follows up with leads who didn’t retain services initially, nurturing them back into potential clients.
• Proactively contacts potential leads, such as expired listings, distressed properties, FSBOs, absentee owners, and online leads.
• Delivers prepared scripts to generate listing/buying appointments.
• Updates CRM with call notes and follow-ups.
• Answers inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from buyers/sellers.
•Gathers initial client information and schedules appointments with the agent.
• Manages the real estate professional's calendar, email inbox, and task list.
• Handles personal tasks (e.g., travel arrangements) in addition to professional administrative duties.
